Your CrossVox Sanctuary preorder

One Sanctuary cross light with speaker base and one included 12-month CrossVox+ code. The preorder price is $139 USD, paid in full. One eligible $10 invitation or reward reduces this to $129; discounts cannot be combined. Applicable tax is displayed before payment. The planned launch price is $199, not a previous selling price.

Product and App access

Sanctuary uses external power and has no built-in battery. The light and ordinary Bluetooth audio do not require an AI subscription or Wi-Fi. Scheduled online devotionals require App setup, power and Wi-Fi; they do not interrupt active Bluetooth playback. Offline devotional storage and a general-purpose voice assistant are not included. Hardware and integration details remain subject to development and validation.

The included App code may require preparation after verified payment. Once ready, redeem it in Me → Membership and use CrossVox+ before Sanctuary arrives. The included 12 months begin on code activation, not payment or shipping, and do not renew automatically. Today listening remains free. Each App account can redeem one code from the hardware promotion across Covenant, Testament and Sanctuary. Additional purchases do not stack promotional years on the same account; an unused code may be given privately to another person.

Delivery and preorder status

Your estimated dispatch timing is shown in Stripe before payment. Standard shipping to the contiguous United States and Washington, DC is included. Add delivery details after payment and before dispatch. A dispatch estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date. We will notify you of material specification changes or delays and offer applicable cancellation or refund options.

Delivery is conditional on completion of applicable equipment authorization; no unit will be delivered to an end user before authorization. If authorization cannot be completed, we will cancel the order and provide a full refund.

Cancellation, returns and warranty

Request a full refund before handoff to the customer-delivery carrier through your order center or [email protected]. We do not deduct included App access or payment processing fees. A completed refund revokes only the corresponding included App benefit. Refunds return to the original payment method. After delivery, request a return within 14 days; return the complete product under the published return procedure. Sanctuary has a 12-month limited warranty from delivery for defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Change-of-mind return postage is the buyer’s responsibility; qualifying faulty, damaged or incorrect deliveries are handled by support.

Your secure record

Use your checkout email and a one-time verification code to view paid orders, activation codes, delivery details and refund status. Each order retains its own price and accepted terms. Earlier reservations and other product orders are unchanged.
