Returns & warranty.

New deposit reservations

Your deposit is refundable within 7 days of payment. After that, change-of-mind cancellations are non-refundable. Refunds for project cancellation, shipping delays and rights required by applicable law remain available. Use your order page or email [email protected]. Eligibility is based on when we receive your request. No processing fee or gift-use deduction applies to an eligible refund.

Earlier purchases

Existing full-payment orders retain their full refund before dispatch. Earlier deposit reservations retain the refund terms agreed when paid.

After delivery: 14 days to request a return

Request your return within 14 calendar days after delivery, measured in the recipient’s local time. The day after delivery is day one. You may reasonably open and try the product; return it complete and undamaged with its included parts. Contact us before mailing anything. We will provide a US return address and instructions. Send the return within 14 days of receiving those instructions.

You pay US return postage for a change of mind. We cover reasonable return or replacement shipping for qualifying faulty, damaged or incorrect items. We initiate approved refunds within five business days after the return is received and checked. Bank posting time varies. Refunds return to the original payment method.

Multiple units and gifts

For a partial return, identify the unit and its corresponding activation code with our team so another recipient’s membership is not canceled by mistake. Refunds revoke only the gift attached to the refunded unit. The purchaser receives the financial refund; a recipient can contact us for help but cannot control the purchaser’s order using an activation code.

12-month limited warranty

From delivery, CrossVox V1 is covered for defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 12 months. Contact support with your order and a description of the fault. Our initial remedy is replacement of the affected serviceable part or assembly, including the cross or earbuds where appropriate. Fixed wiring may require replacing an assembly. Do not dismantle it yourself.

This warranty does not cover loss, normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized modification or damage from use outside the stated instructions. We cover shipping for approved warranty replacements. A replacement carries the remaining original warranty or 90 days from replacement delivery, whichever is longer. If a suitable replacement cannot be supplied within a reasonable time, we will discuss an appropriate alternative or refund. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Delivery problems

For damage, missing parcels or an incorrect delivered scan, contact us promptly. We will investigate with you and the carrier; a tracking scan alone does not close a reported delivery issue.
