CROSSVOX V1 · OCTOBER 13, 2026

Shipping, clearly.

Where we ship

The first release ships to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. Standard shipping is included in the $79 USD unit price. Alaska, Hawaii, territories, APO/FPO and international delivery are not offered in this release.

When we expect to ship

Estimated dispatch from our US warehouse is January 2027. Engineering units are expected in early November 2026; production is scheduled after sample validation, with shipments prepared in batches. November is not a customer shipping estimate. We manufacture in China and arrange bulk import to our US warehouse before domestic delivery. January is an estimated dispatch month, not a guaranteed arrival date. We will email tracking when your unit is actually handed to the US delivery carrier.

Taxes and import

Applicable US sales tax is calculated at checkout. The customer receives a domestic US delivery; we arrange the bulk import before domestic dispatch. Your order is not a direct consumer import shipment from China.

Changes and progress

View production updates and your order. We email material shipping changes and explain your cancellation options. Contact us before dispatch for an address change. A hold stays in place until our team has reviewed and confirmed the new address.
