Reservation terms.

Your reservation

Pay a $10 USD deposit per unit to lock a $79 USD hardware price. Your deposit counts toward that price; $69 per unit remains payable before dispatch. This offer is limited to 10,000 reserved units. Launch retail will be $119. Applicable tax is additional and shown before payment. Standard shipping to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC is included.

Balance payment

We will email you when your order is ready for balance payment before dispatch. You will have 14 days to pay after that notice. We never automatically charge the balance. If you miss the window, fulfillment is paused and we will follow up; it does not automatically forfeit your deposit. Contact support if you need more time.

Cancellation and refunds

Your deposit is refundable within 7 days of payment. After that, change-of-mind cancellations are non-refundable. Refunds for project cancellation, shipping delays and rights required by applicable law remain available. Request a refund through your secure order page or [email protected]. The time we receive your request determines eligibility. Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Gift usage does not reduce a refund otherwise due.

Estimated dispatch

Estimated dispatch from our US warehouse is January 2027, not a guaranteed arrival date. We will notify you of material delays, explain revised timing and cancellation options, and obtain any required consent. If we cancel the project or cannot obtain required delay consent, applicable payments will be refunded.

Product and gift

V1 is in development. Product visuals are pre-production illustrations unless identified as photographs; specifications marked as targets require validation. Material changes will be disclosed before shipping with applicable cancellation options. A preorder-exclusive gift is included; details are provided after payment. Bluetooth listening and calls do not require App membership.

Returns and warranty

Request hardware returns within 14 days after delivery. A 12-month warranty applies. See returns & warranty and shipping.

Existing customers

Earlier full-payment orders and earlier deposit reservations keep the pricing, refund terms and gifts promised when purchased. This new reservation policy does not change those orders.

Who we are

Vessel AI Lab Limited designs, develops and operates CrossVox and provides customer service. Botcoin network limited Hongkong provides payment collection through Stripe. Your card statement shows CROSSVOX.
