Keep your code.
Begin in the app.

1. 01
   Find your code.

After payment, your secure order page shows one membership code per hardware unit. We also email it to the purchaser.

2. 02
   Choose who receives it.

Keep it for yourself or share the unused code with your recipient. Keep your order-access link private.

3. 03
   Redeem with your app account.

Sign in to the CrossVox app. Tap Settings in the top-right corner → Account → Hardware membership, enter your activation code, then continue. Your year begins after successful activation. One promotional code per account.

Your code is available on your secure order page and in the code-access email. Enter it in the CrossVox app, not on this website. If you cannot see Hardware membership, update the app or contact support.
