1. Your membership purchase

One early member payment of $79 USD includes one complete CrossVox V1 in Black and 12 months of CrossVox+ personal AI prayer companionship in the App. The combined reference value is $149.89 ($79.90 V1 + $69.99 annual App membership). Applicable taxes, if any, are shown by the payment provider before payment. There is no remaining hardware balance for this offer.

Walk Together is one payment of $139 USD for two complete Black V1 sets and two independent 12-month CrossVox+ codes. Each code is redeemed in its own App account and its year starts on that redemption. Neither included year renews automatically. Both V1 sets are sent to one delivery address in the contiguous US or DC, added after purchase. The two single-member prices total $158; Walk Together saves $19.

2. What is free and what is included for one year

Prepared Today listening—worship, Scripture, devotionals and daily prayer—is always free, without buying membership or V1. The included 12 months cover personal AI prayer companionship through text, voice notes and live prayer. An account, internet connection and relevant App permissions are required for personal conversation. Availability of the 1.1 update follows each App store’s release.

3. Activation and renewal

After verified payment, view the activation code on your secure member page. The 12 months begin on successful App redemption, not the payment date. An unused code has no automatic expiry. Each App account may redeem one promotional code from this campaign. An unused code may be given to another person. The included year does not renew automatically. Any separately purchased App subscription keeps its own terms and must be managed in its original store.

4. V1 development and delivery

V1 remains in development. Product images are pre-production and lifestyle visualizations; engineering targets are not validated test results. Estimated first-batch US dispatch is late January 2027, not a guaranteed arrival date. We will communicate material product or timing changes. Delivery is currently limited to the contiguous United States and Washington, DC, with free standard delivery.

You do not need to enter a shipping address before joining. Add complete delivery details on your secure member page before dispatch. Payment-provider billing or tax information, where required, is separate from delivery information. An order with a missing, unsupported, unreviewed or held delivery address cannot ship. Contact support if your address or circumstances change.

5. Cancellation, returns and included access

You may request a full refund before handoff to the US customer-delivery carrier. After delivery, request a return within 14 days. Reasonable opened-product trials are accepted; return the complete product undamaged. Return it within 14 days after receiving the return instructions. Change-of-mind return postage is your responsibility; qualifying faulty, damaged or incorrect deliveries are covered by us. The V1 limited warranty is 12 months. For a Walk Together order without a referral discount, a full cancellation before carrier handoff refunds $139 plus applicable tax, and an eligible partial cancellation or return is allocated $69.50 per V1 set plus its applicable tax. With one $10 invitation or reward applied, the amount paid before tax is $129; an eligible partial cancellation or return is allocated $64.50 per V1 set plus its applicable tax. Refunds reflect the amount actually paid. Each returned or canceled set affects only its corresponding included code or activated promotional year. Separately paid memberships remain unchanged. For a single-member order, a completed refund cancels that order’s included code or activated promotional year; unrelated, separately paid memberships remain unchanged. App revocation is processed with the App team and is not claimed complete merely because a financial refund succeeded. Refunds go to the original payment method. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.

6. Privacy, AI and support

We use your email for the receipt, secure access and order communications, and your later shipping information for fulfillment. If you begin but do not complete checkout, we may email a few reminders and information about CrossVox; you can unsubscribe from those reminders at any time. A secure, HttpOnly order-center session expires after two hours. Email verification codes expire after 10 minutes and work once; older private order links expire after 30 minutes and work once. 7. Your purchase record

The price, included benefits and terms recorded on an existing paid order remain unchanged. You can securely view your order-specific record in your membership. This current offer does not reset an earlier purchase.

8. Sharing CrossVox

After a paid order, you may share your personal invitation link. A friend, whether new to CrossVox or already a customer, can receive $10 off one eligible single-member or Walk Together order. You cannot use your own invitation. A successful payment through your link earns you one $10 reward for a future eligible order. You can earn more than one reward, and each order can use one invitation or one reward, not both. Choose an invitation or a saved reward at checkout; using your own reward instead of an invitation means the invitation does not apply to that order. Applicable tax is calculated on the discounted amount.

Your available rewards are visible after email verification in your secure membership. If an invited order is fully refunded, its corresponding unused reward is canceled; a reward already used is not recovered. If an order paid with a saved reward is fully refunded, the reward is returned for future use unless the order that originally earned it was also fully refunded.
