ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AGREEMENT
Terms of Service

These terms govern registration for and use of the CrossVox native app operated by Manle Technology (Shenzhen) Company Limited. By creating an account or using CrossVox, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.
What CrossVox provides
CrossVox is a devotional companion available on iPhone and a paired Apple Watch. It offers AI-assisted prayer conversation, daily Scripture content and links to external music services. AI output can be mistaken or incomplete. CrossVox is a companion for reflection—not God's voice, a pastor, religious authority, or professional medical, mental-health, legal or financial advice. In an emergency, contact local emergency services or a qualified person nearby.
Age requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use CrossVox. CrossVox provides Scripture and faith reflection, not self-care or lifestyle recommendations.
Your account and provider sign-in
Provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials private and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. Optional Apple or Google sign-in is used only to create, link or access a CrossVox account. The information CrossVox receives and its limited use are described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, automate abusive requests, infringe another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights, or use CrossVox unlawfully. CrossVox does not provide image or video generation, editing, upload or sharing. You may not attempt to use CrossVox, its services or any connected API to create or distribute sexual, intimate or non-consensual imagery, including non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), or other content that violates law or third-party rights.
Your words and privacy
Do not submit another person's sensitive information without permission. Cloud voice is optional. Its processors, retention limits and your controls are explained in the Privacy Policy. CrossVox does not durably store prayer recordings or chat history, so it cannot restore a prayer conversation after it ends.
Complimentary prayer access and subscriptions
Each account receives seven complete complimentary prayer sessions. This is not a timed or auto-renewing trial, does not require a payment card and does not automatically enroll you in a subscription. The seventh session may finish; a new eighth session requires an active, verified subscription when purchasing is available. Bible content and external music links are not part of this prayer-session limit.
U.S. App Store membership is US$7.99 per month or US$59.99 per year, with the annual amount paid upfront. Monthly and annual plans provide the same voice-prayer access. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple charges your Apple Account at confirmation and for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. The actual localized price, tax, billing period and renewal terms are shown by Apple before confirmation.
Paid prayer access is for ordinary personal use without a per-session, per-minute or per-turn quota, subject to service availability and abuse controls. Purchase and restore requests depend on store verification and the original CrossVox account binding. Purchasing is unavailable when the server cannot verify subscriptions.
Manage or cancel through Apple subscriptions. Deleting the app or your CrossVox account does not cancel billing. Refund eligibility is determined by Apple and applicable law; see Apple billing help. The iOS app also uses Apple's Standard License Agreement.
Availability and changes
Voice and AI features depend on network access and third-party services and may be interrupted, delayed or changed. External music remains governed by the service you choose. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features while improving CrossVox. Material changes to these terms will be published here with a revised date.
Hardware preorders
CrossVox V1 is a separate hardware purchase governed by the Preorder Terms. App registration does not order hardware or automatically create a paid subscription.
V1 preorder gift
The App gift is separate from V1. Using V1 as Bluetooth earphones does not require redeeming a code or maintaining App membership. When the gift period ends, V1 continues to work for listening and calls. Voice prayer in the App uses an account and internet connection; voice prayer beyond the seven free sessions requires a separate membership only if you choose to continue. Daily Scripture and other free App features remain available.
Each new paid deposit reservation unit includes one code for three months of CrossVox App membership, available after payment. This gift is only available during preorders and is not included with purchases after the preorder period. Existing full-payment orders retain their original one-year gift; earlier reservations retain the gift promised at purchase. The gifted period starts on successful redemption by the recipient’s existing CrossVox app account. Each software account may redeem one code from this hardware promotion, across all orders and even after that period expires. Unused first-release codes have no automatic expiry. Codes can be given to someone else before redemption; activated benefits cannot be transferred.
This gift has no automatic renewal and requires no payment card. If a paid app membership is already active, retain the code until it ends; the gift will not cancel or overwrite it. On a successful hardware refund, only that unit’s unused code or activated gift benefit is revoked, without a deduction for membership already used. Separately paid app subscriptions and free features are unchanged.
Ending use
You may stop using CrossVox at any time and may delete your account in the app or through the account deletion page. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or legal compliance.
