Reservation Terms

What you are reserving

A $10 USD payment reserves early access to a possible first CrossVox release. CrossVox is a concept in development, is not in mass production, and may never be produced. A reservation is not an order for a product ready to ship. We do not promise a production or delivery date.

Price and later purchase

The current target product price is $79 USD. If CrossVox launches and you choose to buy, an active $10 reservation includes a $20 promotional credit toward the final purchase; at the current target price, the expected remaining payment is $59, before any applicable tax or shipping disclosed at checkout. The final product price, features, taxes and shipping terms may change. We will present the final terms for your choice. We will not charge the remaining amount automatically.

Refunds

The $10 you paid is fully refundable before a final product purchase. Use the refund control on your reservation confirmation page or email [email protected]. A refund ends the early access reservation and its $20 promotional credit. If we cancel the project, we will refund active reservations. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days after Stripe issues them; a prompt reversal may instead remove the original charge. See the Refund Policy.

Product and benefits

Images, videos, software screens, features and subscription benefits are concepts. They may change during development. No inventory quantity or delivery window is guaranteed by this reservation.

Data and contact
