Refund Policy

The $10 CrossVox early reservation is fully refundable before a final product purchase. A refund returns the $10 actually paid and ends the reservation and its $20 promotional purchase credit.

How to request a refund

Open the private confirmation link sent after checkout and select “Refund my $10 reservation,” or email [email protected]. The refund is sent to the original payment method. Your first release reservation ends when you request the refund.

If the project does not proceed

CrossVox is in development and may not be manufactured. If we decide not to proceed, active $10 reservations will be refunded. We do not promise a shipping date.

Processing time

After Stripe issues your refund, it usually appears on your original payment method within 5–10 business days. If the refund is made soon after payment, your bank may instead reverse the original charge, so you may not see a separate refund line. If the charge remains after 10 business days, contact [email protected] and we will help you trace it. No portion of your $10 reservation is withheld as a cancellation fee.
