What happens after I preorder?

We email your payment confirmation and secure order access. Follow progress and request a 7-day deposit refund through your order page. We email tracking when your unit is handed to the US delivery carrier.

Engineering units are expected in early November 2026. Production follows sample validation, with shipments prepared in batches. Estimated US warehouse dispatch remains January 2027; this is not a guaranteed arrival date.

Will it work with my phone or watch?

Designed to pair with phones and smartwatches that support Bluetooth headphone audio. Call support depends on your connected device. No CrossVox App or subscription is needed for basic Bluetooth audio. Faith Button and planned ANC controls use the CrossVox App on a paired phone. Final device compatibility is being validated.

How does the Faith Button work?

The planned behavior is one press to open Pray when no media is playing; while audio plays, one press pauses it. Two presses open Today for You for daily Scripture and reflection. Shortcuts require the CrossVox App and a paired phone. Integration, including pocket and lock-screen behavior, is still being validated; first-time permissions may require your phone. The App 1.1 screen shown is a design preview.

Can I try it and return it?

Request a return within 14 days of delivery. Reasonable opened-product trials are accepted; return it complete and undamaged. Contact us for a US return address. You pay change-of-mind return postage; we cover qualifying faulty, damaged or incorrect deliveries. A 12-month limited warranty applies.

Sound, battery & fit

Compact, stemless in-ear earbuds. Includes one additional pair of ear tips in an alternative size; final sizes to be confirmed.

Design targets, pending sample testing: ANC for listening, ENC for calls; at least 8 hours of music with ANC on and at least 8 hours of calls with ENC on; whole-device IPX4 splash resistance. These are not verified performance results or a certified rating.

ANC on/off control is planned in the connected CrossVox App, with no paid subscription required. Default on, with the last setting remembered. Without the App, basic Bluetooth listening and calls still work; ANC stays at its current setting.
